What He’s Known For
Albert has been a litigation lawyer since 1992. Although his approach encourages resolution where viable for the clients, Albert is a fierce advocate for his clients at trial and, if necessary, on appeal.

Albert’s practice is devoted to the following areas of employment litigation:

  • Wrongful dismissal
  • Breach of fiduciary duties, restrictive covenants, and breach of confidence
  • Employment agreement and enforcement
  • Independent contractor agreements and enforcement
  • Applications for injunctive relief

Albert has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Ontario Court of Appeal. A number of Albert’s cases have been important enough as legal precedents to have been reported in various law publications.

Interesting Tidbit
Albert was raised in Toronto by his Italian grandparents while his parents were working and his first language was Italian.

When he started kindergarten he quickly realized that learning English would be in his best interest and he immediately set out to do so.  It was this astute judgment and forward thinking, at even such a young age that has served him well as a lawyer.
