What She’s Known For
Perhaps it’s her background in engineering but Pamela believes it is important to think creatively and practically to define real solutions that work.
Not only is Pamela an experienced and talented litigator but she is also a strong negotiator who helps her clients resolve disputes quickly and effectively. Pamela is known for her emotional intelligence and common sense. She understands people and quickly gets to the heart of the issue.
Pamela is engaged in matters of wrongful dismissal; human right allegations; severance package negotiations; human rights; HR policy development and other day-to-day workplace issues that human resource executives, business owners and employees encounter.
Pamela grew up in a tiny town in southeastern B.C. and started skiing at age two. She has since switched to snowboarding and still loves the snow but now lives in an urban Toronto neighborhood. Since her daughter is now two, Pamela is looking forward to putting her on skis, pointing them downhill and hoping for the best, just like her parents did with her.
