We understand the psychology of harassment and the impact of trauma

We understand not only the law but also the psychological dynamics underlying workplace issues. More importantly, we know how to truly listen to understand the heart of the matter. And that’s what we do.

We are sensitive to the process needs of all parties and engage a trauma-informed, anti-oppression lens. And we investigate with a view to determining how to resolve the issues going forward.

We are leaders in the field of workplace investigations and we developed and teach the highly regarded Workplace Investigations Certificate program for the HRPA and act as program chair for the Osgoode Advanced Investigations Certificate Program.
