A fun fact about Adriana is that her creativity has always been a key part of her life. Growing up as a dancer, Adriana developed a strong sense of expression and artistry, which later extended to her love for graphic design and cooking. Whether through movement, design, or culinary creations, Adriana’s creativity continues to inspire her in both her personal and professional life.
Backstory
Adriana has wanted to pursue a career in law since she was a young child. Her focus on employment and HR law stems from working as an HR assistant, which gave her firsthand insight into the complexities of workplace dynamics, employee rights, and the legal issues organizations face. With a deep passion for justice, Adriana is committed to promoting equitable practices, where proactive solutions and preventive measures can create inclusive, respectful, and legally sound workplaces.
