- Implement effective and procedurally fair ways for investigators to use AI to improve investigation efficiency
- Avoid pitfalls of AI use for investigators
- Appropriately oversee AI work product
- Recognize and respond to challenges posed by party and witness AI use, such as falsified documents and images, and use of AI to generate answers to interview questions
