Protecting employee mental health and wellbeing in the face of these challenges requires proactive steps to foster a psychologically safe work environment. It also means effectively accommodating mental health needs as they arise.
This module will dissect the mental health challenges arising from our unique societal moment, and offer you forward thinking tools and strategies to address those challenges and promote an inclusive and healthy workplace
