FreeThere’s no “one size fits all” approach to inclusion. Creating a truly inclusive workplace requires treating employees as individuals and respecting their unique experiences, which arise from complex combinations of relationships and identities.
This module will dissect the concepts of intersectionality and marginalization and how systems of power and privilege impact the lived experiences of many people in the workplace.
In this module, you’ll increase your understanding of overlapping identities and relationships to workplace systems and policies, as a foundational step to challenging discrimination.
