Today, Franca uses her multi-disciplinary background to help organizations navigate risks and seize opportunities to help transform the experience of work, so that people and organizations can thrive and achieve their full potential.

Accomplishments

Franca’s background is unique: she is both a lawyer and an HR professional. She has held multiple roles throughout her career including director of investigations, HR business partner and in-house counsel across varied industries. Franca continuously draws on this diverse expertise, whether conducting workplace investigations, providing counsel on HR legal matters, or facilitating sensitive conversations. And she leverages her intuitive understanding of human behaviour to identify and resolve complex workplace issues.

Backstory

When asked about her journey into law, Franca immediately recalled fond childhood memories bonding with her grandfather over episodes of Matlock, a popular 1980s legal drama. This shared love of mysteries and legal dramas led to many spirited debates between them and played a vital role in shaping Franca’s career path. Alongside her innate curiosity and passion for making a positive impact in the world of work, these experiences continue to inspire her every day.

An interesting tidbit

Franca constantly challenges herself by exploring new destinations, new experiences and new ideas. Whether engrossed in a captivating book, climbing glaciers, venturing into lava caves or simply capturing the beauty of a waterfall through her camera lens, Franca remains in a perpetual state of learning and growth.
