Heather is the firm’s law clerk. She is an integral part of the work that we do. She manages and processes our files, and assists with the preparation of legal documents and acts as our liaison with clients.

An interesting tidbit
Growing up, Heather loved to dance and even considered majoring in dance at university. Now, Heather’s dancing is mainly reserved for kitchen dance parties with her husband and daughter (who is currently too young to be embarrassed by her mother).
Backstory
Heather’s first position as a law clerk was with a sole practitioner in Toronto. Working at a firm this small gave her the opportunity to participate in all aspects of a file from initial client meetings through to a hearing at the Supreme Court of Canada. Experience that has proven to be invaluable. Heather then moved to a mid-sized boutique litigation firm where she was law clerk to the managing partner. Heather joined the firm in 2017 and brings years of litigation experience and wisdom.
