Lisa brings her broad organizational skills and knowledge of civil and human rights law to Bernardi Human Resource Law. She was drawn to the firm’s proactive approach in supporting both employers and employees, as well as their human resource training which helps employers create positive and inclusive workplaces.

Lisa has a very busy family that enjoys camping, hiking, baking, hockey, soccer, baseball…! Lisa’s quiet time includes sitting at red lights on the way home from work.
Backstory
Lisa came to Bernardi after working at Legal Aid Ontario. At the Advocacy Centre for Tenants of Ontario, she was able to exercise her passion for helping the public, through their work to enshrine and implement legal protections for low-income tenants.
Lisa’s interest in supporting fair dispute resolution in employment law comes from her past experience with human rights and housing law, and she brings this passion to Bernardi Human Resource Law.
