An interesting tidbit
Ben enjoys traveling to further his knowledge of local languages, food, culture and history. Ben is a fluent Welsh speaker and enjoys picking up languages on his travels, and particularly enjoyed conversing with Balinese locals when he spent a short time living on the beautiful island in 2015.
Backstory
Ben’s father is a lawyer of 30 years and from a young age, Ben wanted to follow in his footsteps. Ben would attend criminal law hearings with his father during his high school years and from there, developed a passion for advocacy. Ben went on to become a solicitor in England & Wales in 2019, an accredited specialist criminal litigator in 2020 and appeared in the High Court in England and Wales in 2021. Ben now enjoys assisting lawyers with workplace investigations and employment law at Bernardi and hopes to be called the Bar in Ontario in the near future.
