Accomplishments

Dana has made significant contributions to her community, notably assisting victims of human trafficking and partner violence, providing critical support to those in need. Her dedication to helping others extends to her volunteer work, where she rose to the position of Chair of the Board of Directors for Operation Come Home, an organization supporting homeless youth in Ottawa. Dana was also honoured with a Certificate of Merit for saving a life while off duty.

Backstory

From a young age, Dana was determined to make a difference in the world, driven by a strong sense of justice and a deep desire to help others. Growing up, she often found herself pushing against societal expectations, pursuing activities like hockey and shop class that girls were not traditionally encouraged to do. In high school, Dana began pursuing the path to become a police officer, and throughout her career, she remained committed to making the world a better place. Dana is excited to assist individuals and workplaces in creating psychologically safe and inclusive workplaces.

An interesting tidbit

Dana loves animals and has a particular soft spot for dogs. She used to show dogs starting as a young child, and as a young adult became a breeder of French Bulldogs, long before they became popular. She now spends time spoiling her two pups Chappie and Lenny.
