Backstory
Although initially pursuing a career in Graphic Communications, Diondra’s love for training and development was recognized when she was constantly being asked to train new staff, conduct plant tours and create training materials. Realizing her knack for creating engaging learning experiences, Diondra witnessed just what an engaged group of learners could accomplish. Diondra decided to offer workshop facilitation services, and team building programs to help clients close the performance gap between disengaged and engaged team members.
An interesting tidbit
Diondra has a love for dance and music. Growing up, you could find her doing performances at the school talent show and community events with different dance groups!
