PhilosophyIn a word: Perceptive
Simran understands that truth is rarely black and white. It can be layered, nuanced, and shaped by individual experience and perception.
This perspective has always guided how Simran practices law, first through her years as a litigator practicing in employment and human rights law, and later as she specialized in workplace investigations and training.
Driven by fairness and genuine curiosity, Simran is committed to uncovering the truth. She listens carefully, analyzes deeply, and treats every story with respect and empathy.

Accomplishments
Simran brings a well-rounded perspective to workplace investigations. With years of experience successfully representing clients in employment litigation, she understands the early signs of workplace conflict and the serious implications when issues are not properly addressed. Drawing on her practical experience, along with intensive training in anti-discrimination law and certifications in workplace investigation techniques, Simran conducts investigations carefully and thoughtfully, always mindful of the impact on all parties involved.
Backstory
By the age of ten, Simran had led a spirited campaign for the rights of the stray neighborhood cats; successfully negotiated terms for a (slightly) later bedtime and extended TV privileges (much to her parents’ chagrin and amusement); and earned a reputation as a sought-after playground mediator. So, it came as no surprise when Simran went on to pursue a career in law.
An interesting tidbit
While not particularly athletic, Simran enjoys a good hike as long as she has the essentials: (1) a coffee in hand, (2) a good true crime podcast playing, and (3) the company of her beloved dogs leading the way.
