Chloe is an instructional designer and is an integral part of our training programs with the Bernardi Centre Inc. She helps create dynamic, evidence-based and interactive programs. She follows the seven principles of adult learning: self-direction, transformation, experience, mentorship, mental orientation, motivation, and readiness to learn.

Chloe is passionate about creating psychological safe and inclusive workplaces in which people can thrive and organizations can succeed.

An interesting tidbit

Chloe enjoys scuba diving in her spare time. She is PADI certified and loves experiencing the world under the ocean.

Backstory

Chloe has always been passionate about helping people learn. She began mentoring colleagues at the outset of her career, which sparked her interest in training and development. She has designed programs and taught youth and adults abroad and in her home country of England. She is also certified in Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), a way of understanding the mind and helping people achieve their desired outcomes. She is excited about using her combined talents to help transform workplace cultures.
