Tino understands the importance of hearing everyone’s side of a story to fully understand each person’s perspective. He has played an active role in addressing human rights and accommodation issues, implementing and administering workplace policies, and investigating allegations of workplace misconduct.
Tino lives by Michael Jordan’s words: “I can accept failure. Everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.”

Backstory
As the son of two small-business owners, Tino was exposed to the various facets of the workplace at a young age. He quickly learned that the law permeates everything we do, including how we earn a living and provide for our families. When Tino entered law school, he envisioned a career where he could help employers and employees resolve workplace conflicts. He is thrilled to have realized his goal.
An interesting tidbit
Tino loves cooking and listening to music. He sings along to 80’s pop and classic rock while making his signature dish, seafood risotto. He is an old soul.
