There are many laws governing the employment relationship from health and safety to employment standards to human rights. Are they all heading in the same direction? Is there a legal duty to create a psychologically safe workplace?

This is a very practical and interactive session that makes the discussion interesting and engaging. This process facilitates a greater practical understanding of the issues and how to respond.

The virtual webinar will cover both existing and emerging legal duties as well as providing practical solutions to the challenges arising from this duty.
