Systemic discrimination refers to the behaviours, policies or practices in an organization that create or perpetuate discrimination, often unintentionally. Addressing and preventing requires changing the underlying rules and structures that act as barriers to equality. In this session we will provide practical tips on how to identify and dismantle systemic discrimination in your organization, so that you can create a more equitable and inclusive environment.
