Protests about Pride flags, drag shows, and gender identity, have led to an increase in aggression towards members of the LGBTQ2SIA+ community. This has spilled over into many workplaces, creating a psychologically unsafe work environment for queer and trans employees and allies.

This module will address the importance of creating and fostering psychologically safe workplaces. You will learn the history and transformation of language around gender identity and sexual orientation and will receive practical tips on creating a shared understanding, and promoting inclusion for LGBTQ2SIA+ employees.
